I am a 46 yo trying to improve my playing.

I recently bought an elite special. Both of the pallets are beginning to come loose. What is the best way to get them off? Where can I get new ones? What would I use to attach the new ones?

My daughter is getting a celebrity for Christmas. It is her first guitar. She just started taking lessons
