"Has anyone on this board expereinced any adverse effects of humidity changes on their Adamas?" Yes, me. In my 1598 12 string I put an oasis humidifier on the headstock, humidity went to 70% and got mold on the neck. It´s my fault for not taking away the humidifiers in raining sesion. I had 2 oasis in the case at that time. Nowadays I realize only need one and put on the cutaway. I ordered a musicsorb product, FDA approved wich guarantees to keep humidity around 50%, http://www.musicsorbonline.com/ I loose too much energy checking humidity. I will report back how it works. And the other, if the humidity gets below 45% the sound is dead. Between 48-50% sounds its best.
