Firin up the 'ol Weber grill early GWB, a little mesquite smokin, tempered by a little hickory smokin...wait...patience...wait for it......a bird for any occasion..Thanks to Dear ol Dad, and his many years of fine Turkey preparation and tutalage. God rest his soul and tha many blessings that he passed down. I will try to post a pic or two during tha smokin process...Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

For those outside of the US, come and join us oneday. It can be a feast that would not be forgotten!

GWB, it rained all night (we needed it) and it brought alot of leaves down. Have to wait for them to dry out. Maybe tomorrow...maybe

Thanks Mike, for spoilin the nice weather. Tha front has moved thru and the temp is droppin. Well, it was nice while it lasted. Turkey was great, shame I am dieting, I just reduced the usual large portions.
