Dan they are not tough, they are just frustrated. Onwards and upwards, its my job to see that they see the glass half full.

Ha ha! Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm a glass-half-full kind of guy, myself. In fact, once I found out that Ovation Guitars was for sale, I asked my wife if I could buy it. Not just a guitar, but the whole operation. She laughed, and laughed...

WRT to the gang here, the last thing they want to see out of this 'Phoenix' of Ovation is more models being built overseas, which is what I take all the comments about what can be seen in the photos of your office walls.
