With the new radiused and compensated nut, it's absolutely stellar. Sound, playability, and i even like the not so tight helicopter blade top wood.

The condition is rediculous. I've seen so called 'new' guitars hanging on a wall at Guitar Center in worse shape.

Thanks for keeping her so nice Jay.

Very nice ... but the sting nazis are going to take you to task for the alignment of those ball ends. tsk, tsk.

Radiused and compensated nut?

When Jay put this up for sale, I said this belongs in a museum. Glad you got it!

I put up these beautiful pictures for you all, and all you focus on are my balls and nuts?

My excuse... I picked it up from my local guy after the nut job and it was on the blanket before I even put my brand on her. I'm actually one of those nazis. You should see how I wrap nylon strings, everything needs to be completely uniform, the end of one, tucked under the next, etc.

Yes, it should be in a museum but I bought it with the intentions of playing the **** outta it. That's why I had the saddle made. I still have the original one too.

You'll get to see her soon.

Beauty. You could have saved those for the calendar you know.

I remember getting my custom redwood 1713-X and posting pictures in a hurry to avoid an approching storm. Everyone kept telling me to re-wind the strings properly, and I'm not sure everyone believed they came that way from the factory. (But they did!)

I Enjoy all of Damon's pics... really.
Try as I might not to, my eyes went right to that funky ball end.
.
Look at it this way... your pics are so well composed and executed, any tiny little flaw stands out all the more.
.
Your welcome.
I'm trying hard to improve my back handed compliment skills.

I admit, it's not hard to see what they were complaining about, and yes, I fixed it a long time ago.
