If it had been me getting 3 guitars from one source i would have been thinking roadtrip,i took one to indiana early this year to get a guitar.

When I got home at 11pm, I ran in going "Where is it? Where is it?". "Where is what?" says SWMBO. "The guitar". "Oh, I was only joking". Then I run around the house looking for a guitar box (seriously, how hard would it be to find something so big). Finally I admit defeat and SWMBO says "Come and have some dinner" then asks me to get something out of the pantry ... And there it was!

You think you haven't slept waiting for them? You won't sleep at all if they all come at once. You'll have to play every song you know on each guitar and the overload will be too much. Heck, the most I ever got in one day was two and it was overwhelming. I tried to go to bed but every time my head hit the pillow I thought of something else I needed to play on them. I think it was about 4AM before I finally nodded off. Edited by CanterburyStrings 2015-04-30 5:51 PM

And now that the snow is gone, I can go out on the deck at night and play under the stars too!! I plan to grab them all up and head downstairs - I very wisely did not teach my dogs to do steps (except one), so when I go downstairs, I am all by myself! I am going to turn it into my Nan-Cave, and hang all my new Pretties!!! I have a feeling I will be downstairs ALLOT, which is good, it hasn't been used in a couple years, and is really nice down there (Cedar Woodwork and a nice Fireplace). It will be wonderful to have my own spot, no dogs, no birds, no phones! Just Ovations and Adamas! I may get a dorm fridge to put Mt Dew in, I will never have to go upstairs!

From the FAQ section within the FAQ section: Q: I keep seeing people write SWMBO, GAS and Mothership in their posts. What do those mean? A: SWMBO stands for for She Who Must Be Obeyed, a term of endearment from our male participants for their significant others, who often can't understand why we could possibly need yet another guitar. Our female participants often refer to their significant others as HWMBC (or P), for He Who Must Be Coddled (or Pampered).
