It is snowing in WA and we are tree trimming, so it's official!

That guitar really looks nice for Christmas! I just wish we could get a cold enough day to turn the AC off. Should be here in a month or so...

Hurricane Season ended yesterday. "Methinks you doth protest too much...."
Yep, its comin' down pretty good over here, too. Forecasting 4-to-7 inches of snow, followed by frozen rain.

Down your way it's called 'white orange blight.' Rare but deadly.

My son is running around with his pajamas inside out and non-matching socks... apparently this is some kind of ritual to invite the snow. I must have missed that one growing up.

Sure! Weather Magic....
Y'know? Like, if you want it to rain... Wash your car and leave the windows open! Same idea...

They are determined that it is gonna be Hurricane-Snow here...
I don't believe 'em. That stuff never happens if they are ready for it.

MWoody,
The guitar stand on top of the small cabinet is sittin' awful close to the edge, it's making me nervous... ;)

". . F@ckIt, it's an Ovation!! . ."

- Kim Keller
(after sliding one of his HSC's (in perfect Curling form, I might add) about 75 feet across an empty wooden floor at a Fireman's Hall during the load-out of the very first OFC Jam)

NicePic, Woodster.
Just got our first snowfall today.

Just came in from repairing last night's f@kupp.

Jeanette spent last evening in the cold decorating the bushes out front with lights.
Everything "terminated" a one long strand of white lights that she wrapped around "up" our front railing to the outlet by the door.
In order to "anchor" it all securely, I tied the terminus to the railing with about 4 heavy-duty ZipTies (the ones that the MobGuys used t'use on "stoolies"). With it all secure & plugged-in, I come back with scissors to bob-off the excess ZipTies . . .

The very LAST tie . . . snip!("LightsOut!)
Faaaaack!!!

I didn't hear the end of THAT one till I fixed it this morning . .

Something Trader Jim hopes to see when he gets to East Tennessee. We had some a couple of weeks ago. Up in the Smoky Mountains where it belongs.

At $200/day, I've really gotta save to afford it, but it's worth it to hire somebody to put up lights so I don't have to....

We're finally due for a cold front tomorrow. It's only supposed to get up to 76 during the day! (I hate Florida!)
