Pretty desperate for a preamp/battery box and input jack for my 1615-4 Pacemaker. The saddle transducer that plugs into the preamp is fine, don't need that. This is the older single shaft Volume only model, from a 1980's Pacemaker. Anyone have an old project guitar, or see anything being parted out on E-Bay or Craigslist. PLease let me know. I'm almost ready to pick-up a used guitar for a couple hundred, but shipping to Canada for a guitar just ain't worth it.
I know you will do your best, thanks.

I'm not positive, but I might still have this in my parts drawer. Will that help? I don't even remember what it came out of to be honest.

That looks like the Volume /tone unit....BUT , My thinking is if I shut the tone down to 0 this may be the same sound. It's worth a try. I'm happy to pay whatever you think is fair, looks like I'll have to solder on the 3rd ground wire...but I'm getting pretty good with the soldering iron, lots of practice trying to fix my unit. My email is murrayandrew1@rogers.com to get shipping info and payment etc . Thanks, Murray..... Hey I didn't realize it was you Patch. God bless you friend. This was the Black Arizona guitar that got crushed in shipping and factory restored.

Well Hiya Murray!

I remember that guitar! After this much time, it probably sounds even better!

Patch, being the true to his word type of guy, helped me with the Volume/tone preamp and it installed nicely, and although sounding good, just isn't the same. I know you know..( everyone here) what its like to be chasing that sound, So the quest continues. If ANYONE has a single shaft volume only pre-amp for a pacemaker that they want to part with, well you'd really help a guy out! I'll pay fair value, and be eternally grateful. These were in the old 6 string Balladeers too, but in the Glen Campbell I think they added Tone Control. So I guess what I have is a factory-refurbished Glen Campbell 12'er, (just in case anyone is in the market for one, and I'll Pick-up something else.)
