My "other" home on the web is sigforum, an equivalent place to this but for aficionados of Sig Sauer firearms. Anyhow, there is a discussion going on about the virtues (or lack thereof) of Ovation, Adamas, and the roundback.

I don't know if it is within bounds here to post a direct link to a thread on another forum, so just go to The Lounge over at Sigforum and look for a thread about Acoustic Guitars. I'm doing my best, but not being an Adamas owner it is hard to give a real testimonial.

Are they debating about which is easier to hit from 50 yards?

Not that I would know that... but if they want to know how far an Applause will fly with a bowl full of 2x4 chunks when launched from a trebuchet (and what happens when it lands), we can help them out.

I'd have to agree, altho my guitar collection is somewhat lacking. However that is in quantity not quality, thankfully.
