With TwoManGroup coming to an end (t'nite),
I've (finally) gotten around to getting my webpage up & running . . .

It's VERY "basic", and there's still a lot that's "Under Construction", but I just wanted to have SOMETHING available for potential gigs to refer to. I'll have it more "updated" after the Holidays.

There's a couple mp3's on there as well.
Again, REAL "basic" shit that I've had lying around, and that'll probably be the first thing that I'll try to update, but I just wanted t'have something "there".
There's even a bit of a "Christmas-type" tune (that'll stay on there for the next few days) that didn't quite make it onto last year's Christmas CD that I did.

It's a start . . .

"News and BIO information will eventually be located here"... that's a good one!

That's a good start. I'm sure Takamine appreciates the publicity.

What I mean is... good luck.

Nice Cliff; You remind me that I am so far behind the times. I listened to Wrapped Around your Finger, very nice! Anyone who can do this this well is a very good soloist, I struggle with Mr.Summers (if I spelled it right) work all the time, his music is often tough to sing and play.

Keep going on this its got a professional look already.

Loved the singing and the arrangements, made me want to work out "wrapped around your finger " but its like the voice aint caught up with the face yet, if i shut my eyes and listened , well id picture you 20 years younger , good luck with it all , "Under Construction, Sorry " will be the imagined title of my auto biography that will never be written for obvious reasons

Just photoshop the gray out, Cliff, and you'll be fine. I would need to add some hair, but I think I'll just start wearing a hat all the time. Maybe wear it sideways with my pants down around my boxers. Learn some power chords and I'll be all set.

Cliff, I assume you used Cubase.

Did you record everything in a single pass or lay down the guitar tracks and then overdub the vocals?

I'll bet there's a few things that have not caught up to your face yet Cliff.

My wife is now one of your fans, and I've been told that I really really should learn desperado. She also says that you have a nice "refined" voice.

I never told Cliff this, and I know he doesn't read most of what I type, so he'll never see this... but for those that haven't heard Cliff sing , check his stuff out.

There are a lot of people THAT sing, a lot of people CAN sing, a few people sing that shouldn't... then there are those like Cliff who just IS a singer. He's got a great voice, great range, great control and he doesn't sound like he's trying to sing like anyone else. Just natural talent that's a pleasure to listen to.

And no he didn't pay me to type this. I just got to thinking that most times when I have seen him, including how I met him, focus is always on that great slotted headstock guitar he plays. I think sometimes the interest that many of us have in that guitar, justified as it may be, overshadows his talent as a singer.

Anyway... I just wanted to say that, especially now that he has some samples up to listen to, check it out. You'll be glad you did.

That was Miles way of saying "Cliff's guitar playing sorta sucks."

No, seriously I'm in 100% agreement. Cliff can just flat out SING (and play). I've had the opportunity to jam with him a few times and even play once or twice in psuedo-public and it is always a pleasure just to hear him.

I sang with him once, and even though it started raining in the middle, the lyrics washed away, I was tired, and I didn't know the song half as well as I thought, sun was in my eyes, ball was too big, glove too small, dog ate my homework.. etc...

I would not have missed it for the world.
