| Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone in my extended OFC family. As we say here, Feliz Navidad y Prospero Ano Nuevo.
Gotta go start cooking the traditional Hispanic Christmas Eve feast - roast pork (sorry, lanaki), black beans and rice, yucca, plantains, avocado salad, and flan for desert. Tomorrow we feast on Indian biryani in honor of my wife's ethic background. Gotta love the American melting pot! |
