I had to play outside this afternoon at a Festival in south Mississippi. I don`t want to go any place hotter than this.

I wish I were there....

It's cold, clammy, and rainy here today. A nice day to sit around the muffler shop waiting to have your cars exhaust welded back together...

I think I just found HELL!

First: sorry; tragocaster/cliff...i didn't know it was a joke (understand in my profession, its not) but I was hasty and I apologise...

Second; Cliff, I have several things ready to send...It may be Monday before I get the chance as I'm out of state at Seminary until Sat. night and you can guess how busy I am on Sunday w/ 2 churches... But, I think its worth the wait!

;)

Theological point - will you be locked out of Hell for this? And having already been locked out of the other place, where exactly are you going to go? Wisconsin to count cows for all eternity with Freebird playing in the background (the witko on uke version)?

I'm worrying for ya cliff (but not to the extent of letting it spoil my drinking)

Thanks for your concern Clive, but as a devout Druid, I don't worry about it much . . .

To close this thread out:

I went to Dave's Sound to pick up my newly-repaired powered mixer, and since Dave is Glen's bro-in-law (and lives in the same town), I dropped off a sizeable box of stuff for him t'take to Glen.

Some of you guys went quite nuts w/this ('specially Randy in Hawaii), and were all quite generous.

On behalf of Glen & myself, I want to ThankYou All for your selfless generosity.

As for myself, since my Good Deed for the Day is completed, I'm off in search of an old nun and a flight of stairs to redeem myself.

"Blessings" ;)

So there is one... ;)

The ipod idea is a great one. When we were burglarized a few years back I lost my entire collection as well (about 400 cd's). A good friend took everything he had, loaded it onto an ipod, and gave it to me. It wasn't a ton, but it was enough to help me rebuild.

It was an awesome way to be a huge blessing in my life. To this day it's the act of generosity and compassion that has struck me the most.

Great going, Cliff...you've got a good heart there.
