Bet it's a tone monster. If the crack is just in the finish and not the wood, this could make a superb beater. I bought a guitar from this outfit, & they were up front & honest about the condition. If you like it, email them and ask about the crack.

Hi G8R - Crack or not, I'd venture this is a Tone monster as you say - these old O's are sweeet and this one has the very cool winged bridge - How many of THOSE do you suppose they made? - Auchen

Not many - that alpha-numeric serial # means it's one of the earliest ones.

And with that upside down Grover it sort of speaks to us: like it's saying, "yeah - I'm bad " . . . It's a really cool thing. Hope that someone on this forum snags it- who could appreciate it and love it. - I would like to be that person but cannot justify it right now :(

That one tuner may keep the price low, which would be good.
I have an 1121 that is old enough that it has the serial number on the neck block...
Even though someone Gorilla Glued a neck crack, it is still an awesome sounding guitar.
Every O'Cultist should have one of these.

I owned an 1121 around 1972. It only had the standard chrome tuners which were an upgrade over the plastic Balladeer tuners, but (five of) these tuners look like ones that might have came on the later Campbell artist.
