I'm getting no sound at all, except when I turn the tuner on it is there but it is really quiet. When I turn the tuner off the sound is there for literally a half second while the tuner is shutting off, and it is loud and not quiet for that half second. It is equipped with an OP50 unit. I'm running into an Acoustic AG30 amp. Does it have something to do with phantom power or something?

In some models the power switch is in the 1/4" jack, so something has to be plugged in there to get the preamp to turn on. Even just a dummy plug which is a 1/4" plug all by itself with no cord attached to it. Before you use phantom power be sure your preamp is designed for it. Not all were.

And oh my hell is the XLR louder than the 1/4", which is exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you.

Ah, I think I remember that you had a Op Pro Studio with the red led of battery always turn on : you're more successful to repair it ?
