Location: CO | I bought my Legend in the spring of 1973 after graduating from high school, my first steel string acoustic. The Ovation site dates the 6 digit SN 000443 made in 1972. The Ovation Model reference page on this site lists Legends started in 1971. Did they use a different serial numbering system prior to 1972? |

Location: CO | I'm selling my 1972 Legend on eBay, "Vintage 1972 Ovation Legend Guitar, Model 1117-4, One Owner". The auction closes today Oct 08, 2014 16:47:08 PDT. If the bids don't reach my reserve price, I'd like to offer it for sale on this forum, but I would first need permission to post. |
