Location: SoCal | In addition to rarity, it appeared to me that the ADI had more volume/projection than the ADII (course, as acoustic and my hearing may have been affected by J-79 engines).
Not sure if there can be a difference in the bowl as I believe that, although not through the 'Custom Shop', they were special order. Maybe someone else can comment as to their experience.
And, difference in price.
Depending on the age, both ADI and ADII can have different pre-amps. As mine was made in 2005, it has the OP-50 which has been the most recent pre-amp. In addition, it has the XLR.
However, both are excellent guitars. |
