These are for electrics, but I betchya these would fit the string-thru bridge.

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I have to admit, after all these years, I don't know the backstory on the string tubes. I initially thought it was a reference to the string caddy they have at the factory which is a another fine example of putting an engineer and a woodworker in a room together with WAY TOO MUCH time on their hands. But I'm guessing that's not the origin of the periodic reference to string tubes I have seen over the years. I feel like I wan't told the secret handshake. |

Location: Muenster/Germany | You can also use simple dental tubes, cheaper and transparent, or even better dental opencoil steel springs, or shrinking tube from optical tools. All these are materials sold by yard and with different measurements and (sometimes) colours. |
