Today I went out and bought this guitar. Sales person said it was built in the 90s, which I think is untrue, more like 1975 from what I can find. I think its 1975 Ovation Balladeer Custom. I'm looking for comments, I paid $350 CAD for this, included a hardcase, looks to be the original and is in good shape. Guitar in general is in fair shape, imo. Has a piece broken off on head stock, a few nicks and scratches on the front. Please have a look at these images. Warning: They are very high res and may take a few minutes to download. It sounds really good which is the main thing.
