[I got the email while I was at work, so I didn't find-out if he meant a "case" or gig-bag.] Now I gotta figger-out what I should sell to finance this... And make room... :D

I played one at the HotelJam last year, and even though it's ssb, it sounded pretty damn GOOD for one!!! Keep in mind that it's got a pretty SkinnyKneck . . . Cngrts!!!

But if it IS a standard sized SSB, my CS257 might find itself living in a Gig Bag... (not the CC255 tho'... It is a Nice little 12-string :cool: )

My daughter has one of these and, while it doesn't have the unplugged volume of the mid-bowl, it sounds very good. If the reputation of the ssb's had been built on this model everyone would have good things to say about them. John <>{

[cuz I didn't know what a 1868T was until Now] But reading the sellers feedback, most people got their guitars in about a week. So now... The Wait Begins.

Then I pulled-out my CS257 and looked at how the OP30 lines-up and how the neck heel looks. And I believe that y'all are correct, it is a mid-depth. That just means that it won't be able to fit in my Celebrity's case. The guy emailed me that he had shipped (USPS) and that he was sending a spendy Road Runner Gig Bag (not a RR Hard Case). My Black Tak came with one of those, and they are really nice and sturdy, but it is still a backpack! But not to worry, I have three Ovation Deep/Mid Depth cases if I wanna take it outside. Otherwise, I doubt that it will spend much time in the case. :cool:

Incidently, I play mostly with a pal who uses a Breedlove Atlas series (which is wonderful BTW) but my little ovation even sounds better unplugged which stuns me. It's just a great guitar - astounding at the retail price. For your price, it's criminal.
