Location: Central Connecticut | Picked up my 1st Ovation after always wanting one but never pulling the trigger. It's a 1989 Collectors Series I picked up in trade. Ugly duckling - dirty and has the hair-metal headstock, which in a funky way is why I like it... it does look unique! I'm cleaning it up and will post pics when done! |

Location: Central Connecticut | Here is my new Ovation. All I hav e done is clean it up and put on some fresh strings. I've only played it through a small tube amp since I don't have any acoustic amps... Sounds very bright and clean and pretty wild overdriven! Very fun indeed! The headstock makes me feel like I should be playing 80s metal!............. Butterface? :D
