Got a call from an OFC friend on Monday, he said to expect a package this week....

Well, Fedx arrives with a guitar box today...soooo I opened it up and on the inside was a beautiful, and I mean BEAUTIFUL, Adamas II 1681-8.

This git started with a certain OFC member, then to tha mothership, back to said member #1, sold to another OFC member and then surrendered back to the first OFC member and now to loverly Simpleville for a visit. It may never be returned though, because, unlike OFC member 1 (his initials are TJ, not that the initials would give away his handle) I have a hard time lettin "special" Adamas models leave Simpleville.

If it is to stay though, (after all, it wouldn't be fair to not pay for it if I keep it) I may have to let a coupla Ovation models go. Look for these later this week in tha "Fo Sale" section.

I had seen and played this git in Florida, at the g8r jam, and asked for first "dibs" (not really thinkin that it would happen this soon or anytime for that matter) and, well...here it is!!! The aforementioned, member 1 , wished me to have it to play at an upcoming SPECIAL event next month. I will do my best to play to my utmost ability.

Many, many, THANKS to member 1 (TJ) for this unexpected and fantastic opportunity. It will not be forgotten and is greatly appreciated.

It has been said here many times, but can't be repeated enough...AIN'T THIS A GREAT PLACE!!!

NOTE: certain names and events have been changed to protect the....uhhh...obvious. ;)

Enjoy it Jimbo, I know she's in good hands!

BTW, I filled that crack with some JB Weld and finished it off with 80 grit sandpaper, so she should be good as...Uh...Better than new.
