Hello fellow Ovation lovers,

I'm from Ecuador and I also share your passion for these beautiful guitars.

My first Ovation was a black Celebrity Deluxe CC44, which sounded beautifully until the bridge broke :(

Then I got an Ovation Celebrity iDea for my brother.

My latest addition is my new Legend 2077LX, which I absolutely love. I have a problem though...when plugged in, I don't notice ANY difference when turning the "High" up and down. The Low, Mid, and everything else does reflect a change in the sound, but no matter what I do with the High slider, it remains the same sound, and I think it lacks a little brightness. Is this normal? Is my OP-PRO STUDIO preamp messed up?
I'm really worried, since I just came back from the US, and back here in my country, when I plugged it in, I discovered this problem.

Well, thanks in advance for reading, and I hope to meet new Ovation lovers :D

Hey there! Thanks for your reply.

It turned out to be a dying battery. As soon as I replaced it, I could listen to its beautiful sound, and I'm in love with it.

Acoustically it sounds great, but when amplified, the sound is mystical. As soon as I get cleared to post in the General Forums I'll be sure to upload some pics of her :)
