Today is a great day because she's finally back home after a long trip from France to UK, from UK to USA and from USA back to France.
I'd like to thank Paul Temp who was so kind to carry the Ute from UK to help me to save some money.
Like always, the guys from New Hartford have made a miracle and the Ovation customer's service is without any doubt the best in the world (Thank you so much Mister Keller ;) ) !!

The O's community is really special and I'm happy and lucky to be in love with Ovation guitars.

Thanks

J :)

Wow, that went at a good pace! Did you already purchase a humidifier? I remember that dry air caused the problem.

Congrats Jerome! UTE's are great guitars. There are still a few up on the block for those who haven't experienced one.

Thank you guys!!

I'm still looking for a good air humidifier because it seems to be hard to find in France.
I've visited lots of shops and I haven't found it.
I will try to find one on the web.

You're right Schroeder, it's a fantastic guitar and now that she's back home I realize how much I missed her.

Jerome, recently I bought this humidifier:

Venta humidifier

Excellent device, easy to use - but quite expensive (qualitiy costs!). To my knowledge they distribute the Ventas in France. At least you can purchase one on German ebay. Let me know if you need any help.

I have one of these:

Fred on ebay

They look like a toy but do a great job in rooms up to 40 qm. They are very easy to handle and clean. No filters, detergents etc. needed, because they are not Airwashers, but humidifiers only.

In combination with a hygrometre this would work as well. Since I have it I have never had problems with lack of humidity, and I have underfloor heating.

But Karl's recommendation is for sure the more professional - and with that maybe better way.

By the way, I am glad everything turned out well. Now give those babys water!

Best regards,
Kurt
