| Hi everyone. Just a quick introduction. My first good acoustic guitar was a Custom Balladeer back in the 80s or 90s. I never really bonded with it, but I also realize in hindsight that it had a terrible setup.
I'm looking to form a midlife crisis acoustic duo with the idea of playing out, so I've been reading the forums here like crazy to get re-educated on all things Ovation and it's been great. I'm focused on finding a nice USA 1868 right now, thanks to all the info I gathered here.
Looking forward to contributing in the forums.

| I guess I'm more pessimistic about my life expectancy-I just turned 46. |
