Location: central New York		I have a Ovation 1127-4 GC with serial number E 692. Has blue oval label with separate serial number decal. Guitar also came with original warranty blue card with same info.
The OFC serial number reference list list E sn's with 4 digits (not E+ 3 digit) as solid bodies.
What year is this guitar?

Location: New Hartford CT		Perry - I can't find a reference to S/N E 692 associated with the 1127-4 GC or a blue oval label.

I checked the Ovation tribute site and it agrees with the OFC S/N reference list. My GCA S/N is F 962. Even if the 'E' in your S/N was actually an 'F' that wouldn't go with a blue oval label.
