Anyone else try to email customer service lately?

I asked two simple questions in an email to them back on the 28th.

Got no reply.

Resent the email on the 30th.

Got no reply.

Sent it again this afternoon. Each time, I gave them at least two business days to reply, but got nothing.

Has anyone had any luck receiving a reply from Ovation USA lately?

They used to go on an extended break around this time of year. Not sure if that's still the case. Their phone number is on their website as well so you might give that a try.
