I have no idea if the price is right, but it certainly appears to be a nice example of a cool guitar.

Location: Latitude 39.56819, Longitude -105.080066		Personal opinion that price is on the low side for these guitars.

Deacon 12s should be in the $1500-1800 range and Preachers should be in the $1200-1400.

ahh....looking again, his BIN is at a good price.
