I have a 40 year old Folklore that sits on a Hercules wall hanger in my bedroom.

Whenever I raise my voice it sings.

Doesn't happen when the '05 is hanging there, or the woodbox acoustic. Just the Folklore.

Stop raising your voice to it. It'll be a happier guitar not being yelled at....

Must be the model. My custom folklore does that when it sits under a ceiling fan; a nice harmonic hum that's easy on the ear.

All of my guitars will ring when my voice hits a certain note.

Most of mine ring when I sneeze. I haven't noticed any one of the acoustics ringing longer than any other, although the #47RI seems to go off with the least provocation.

Ha! Yeah, mine do when I sneeze too. It almost sounds like a holy event, appropriate for a "bless you."

Hmmm, mine don't hum. They flinch.

I've noticed when I hit an "D" note on the 10th fret 1st string, I get this beautiful harmonic ring out of the harmonic on the 12th fret 4th string. It also happens with the "A" on the 10th fret 2nd string. Harmonic resonance is awesome on my CL and my Celebrity GC28. For the longest time I kept hearing this 2nd note when I played in that position. It baffled me until I touched the string and it stopped. My D-35 doesn't even do that.
