Hi everyone, not had a lot to say lately, I've lost 3 people in the space of a month, quite hard going. Still lurking and just been reading some of the threads, all interesting stuff. "Why do I still play" was one, to which my answer is "it gets me through stuff"...

I played a song, just for the sake of it, it kinda helped me this last month, I hope you like it, sorry I'm not playing my Ovation, the Tak was the closest one on a stand at the side of me so I just picked it up and started recording :-)

Not wanting to depress everybody by the way, just sharing.....and i know I'm not very good, I just love playing (and never getting better!)

Cheers :-))

I'm sorry to hear of your losses. But please, don't ever say you're not very good! That was a great cover. You have a wonderful voice!

I respectfully disagree. Nicely done, and sung. Got a touch of R.E.M. in your voice. imho

You sing better than about half the people who have "worked" with me. Keep it up!

You said it SOBeach, definitely got some Michael Stipe going on there. Well done on both guitar and vox! Sorry to hear about your losses friend...

I'm a huge R.E.M. fan, and I don't lightly throw around those types of comparisons, but that's the first thing I thought of when listening...
