Is there a better Customer service group in all of the Musical Instrument world? I think not!!
As some of you know I bought a 1719-30CM-VN a few weeks back from a local Music store. They could not find the case so they ordered one for me. They said it would take a week to week and a half. 2 weeks went by, I called and I get 2-3 more weeks "Ovation is backordered on their cases"???!!! I contact Kim Keller (John was out). In 4 days I had my Case and it went to the music store first. I contacted Kaman Music and told them what a pleasure it is to deal with caring informed people! PROPS to Kim and John!!
It makes me want to buy another "O"!!! :D

Every time I see this topic in the posting list I think someone's sent Kim in for a neck reset or something.

To answer Bauerhillboys question. All they told me was hey, great news, your case has shipped and you will have it a lot sooner the anticipated.I said to the brain surgeon " No shit, I called Ovation and found out the cases were not B/O and they got it out for me. The kid, Jason was his name say's "Well that's good news" "Glad WE could help" I reminded him I'm the one who called and got it shipped with Kim's help.

It's just unbelieveable what they'll do for you. John just took care of me on a pickup trade. I think he just plain wanted to help me out.

Not mention youths working in music stores are often are waisted at the time.

I ran into a guy at open mic last week.
A store told him they no longer completely made guitars in the USA and they don't make hard shell cases anymore.
Then sold him an ultra in soft case.
