Does anyone know the approximate weight of the Ovation Doubleneck guitars? Either the USA or the Korean? Thanks. Steve

Now that should be a nice one!
They need to go with some really light tuners like the Steinbergers.

He is waiting on some light openback tuners right now. The guitar looks like "Q" meets the Ovation Doubleneck.

Emerald in Ireland, Alistair Hay just built the proto type in April and mine is serial number 001. it is a pretty amazing concept, I can't believe he is pulling it off.

I believe Connie was playing an Emerald guitar at a couple of the Amelia Island clinics.

Interesting guitar that sounded pretty good.

If it comes in at under five pounds, that would be amazing. What about electronics?

He is developing a barn door based system with Shadow that should be available in Sept. I did not want a barn door he has a system with B Band that he is testing this week. UST to stereo plug preamp out to a foot switch to change necks.
