anyone know about MM68 neck and action

Location: Florida		I have an MM68 Mandolin and the neck/fretboard seems to be pulling from up the top after it joins the body.
I took it to a luthier who said it was supposed to be like that
the action up the neck is very high as well

Location: Florida		thanks for the reply. As you can see, the action on my mando is very high, almost unplayable. What have you done to help your setup and lower the action. I took mine to a local luthier, it cost me $90 and it was worse than before I gave it to him. Now I'm looking at taking it to a Factory auth Ovation repair .

Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent		Have you looked under the bridge? These usually ship with a shim or three that can be removed to lower the action.

Location: Jet City		contact customer service and send it to the factory. they're amazing.

Location: Florida		I did contact the factory, and they said to take it to a local Authorized Factory Service luthier, in my case that is Guitars Ashore in Ft Myers, FL, so I guess that's what I'll do
