Current guild models are fantastic in my opinion. I bought a GSR F-30CE after I saw it at NAMM and they absolutely hit it out of the park. One of the best I own and right up there with some of my boutique ones.

Current guild models are fantastic in my opinion. I bought a GSR F-30CE after I saw it at NAMM and they absolutely hit it out of the park. One of the best I own and right up there with some of my boutique ones. I looked at the guild gallery and they look nice, but they're not Ovations. One thing I love about Ovations is that they are so distinctive I have 6 or 7 Ovations and an Adamas and they all are unique. If it weren’t for Ovation I probably wouldn’t play acoustic. I used to shun regular acoustics because they dug into my side when I played them and they all looked alike, no personality. Ovations have personality and personality goes a long way ; ) I will stick with US Ovations and Adamas until I am forced to buy something else. Then I will jump ship to another innovator like Rain Song.
