I wanted to lower the action by removing a shim. removed the saddle/pick-up. the bridge routing is not completly clean cut through to the top all the way across. clean to the top under the high e and b but starting at the g the routing is tapered from clean up through the d to low e solid bridge material. under the low e it might be a few 64th thick. question, should the bridge be routed clean through to the top all the way across?
questions and comments gratefully received.
