I have an older ME 12 string, bought off eBay, which is a wonderful guitar after I de-crudded it from the previous owner*. The only thing I can't clean are the rough, rather yucky textured gold tuner buttons. Would anyone be able to point me at a replacement source?

Thanks so much in advance,
Jeff

*still the tiniest bit of green at the fret edges which I haven't figured out how to cleanly remove yet...sigh.

I think they're the Schaller mini M-6s, but do I need the small or large buttons?

The M-6 Minis should be right ... they are the small ones (hence the Mini moniker). I don't know if Lost Art Vintage has them ... call Al and check. If not, I believe you can find them at StewMac.

Just confirming for possible future readers that these tuners are indeed Schaller M-6 Minis and that the small replacements from StewMac work well (and look better too, IMHO).
