Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | For those making the trek to the Third Annual Ovation Factory Tour 2005 the weekend of June 17, 2005 here is the current info.
We will be picked up at the Hotel early on Friday morning and if the tour is conducted as it has been in the past, you will not be returned until the evening, so you will want to check-in Thursday evening June 16, 2005 and check out Saturday morning June 18, 2005 unless of course you are planning on staying in the area longer.

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BEFORE May 26, 2005.
You MUST reference the Ovation Fan Club(tm) to get the rate of $99.00 per night plus tax. This rate is LOWER than the internet rate, so YOU MUST CALL for reservations. Includes a FULL breakfast (every day) and a dinner (buffet) on Thursday evening.
The rooms blocked for us are 2-room suites with a full kitchen, a King bed in the Bedroom and a couch that is also a pull-out bed in the living room. If you need/want two double beds in the bedroom just ask, they are the same rate.
For those that do now know, Bradley International Airport (BDL) is the closest Airport
For those coming into BDL, the hotel is 1.2 miles from the Airport. Collect your luggage and go to the multi-hotel kiosk. There is a call button for Homewood Suites by Hilton® Hartford/Windsor Locks. INSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT HOMEWOOD SUITES HOTEL. HOMEWOOD SUITES @ HARTFORD/WINDSOR LOCKS. The will send the van, it's only 5 minutes away.
"Two-room suites with separate living and sleeping areas and efficiency kitchens. Complimentary hot breakfast daily and full dinner Monday through Thursday. Complimentary airport van service and within a 5 mile radius of hotel, business center, meeting room, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sports court, grills, and fitness room. Conveniently located 14 miles north of Hartford, CT and 14 miles south of Springfield, MA and minutes from Bradley International Airport."
Although no regular dinning room is in the hotel for other than the meals/snacks they provide, there are resturants across the street and in the area.

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | In addition to the above information here are some Frequently Asked Questions and general info that have come up in the past. Please check back here before the event as there may be updates to the times and events.
(Q) Is there a charge for the Factory Tour?
(A) No
(Q) Is there a minimum age to attend the Tour?
(A) Due to insurance liabilities, Ovation will only
conduct factory tours to persons 16 years or older.
(Q) What is the schedule for the days events?
(A) The event takes all day. In the past, this is the how the day has gone. It may vary slightly, but the following is what has happened in the past.
- We are picked up at the Hotel at about 7:00am
- A light snack is available upon arrival to Ovation.
- The group is divided in half with one group on the Ovation tour, the other on the Hamer tour.
- Lunch is served
- After lunch, the groups switch and do the tour they didn't see in the morning.
- A presentation is made by Ovation with Q&A session.
- Then dinner and a Jam Session.
- Returned to Hotel (time varies depending on the Jam)
(Q) I live in the area, can I just meet at the Factory.
(A) Yes, be there by 7:30am for check-in. |

Remember to make you reservations with the above information and mention that you are attending the Ovation Fan Club(tm) event to get your discount. |
