Anyone try one of these out?...http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/SpiderJam/

Looks like fun but I was disappointed in the past by a Fender G-Dec (which was fun tool for a couple evenings but really wasn't a very good amp).

Please let me know if you have any experience with one of these. Thanks.

Jim

I had a spider II that I think was rated at 150 watts with 2 12's in it. Had a plethora of effects, mostly heavy metal stuff, but it had plenty of punch and sounded good. Relatively cheap, sorry, inexpensive too. That one looks to be a little more elaborate.

I picked one up for a co-worker's son for Christmas.

Don't know anything about 'em, nor offered any insight/opinion. She said THIS is what he wants, where can I find one?? Went to GC that night & picked it up, brought it to work the next day, got reimbursed & walked away.

They're evidently selling a lot of 'em . . .

The Line6 stuff I have used is very good within the narrow scope it was designed to emulate.

I did not find their stuff to perform very well if you go outside the designed genre.
