For those of you who, like me, who are obsessed with 12 strings AND would like a travel guitar that doesn't sound like crap:

http://www.morganmonroe.com/Creekside-MMV12CE_4cf395182e2014.html

I played one today and fell in love. It's supposed to be played higher than standard pitch, but if you put the right strings on it and tune to standard pitch it sounds heavenly!

THEN...I plugged it into an acoustic amp and it sounds every bit as big and full as my 1115 that I'm so in love with.

Nice Maple binding on the solid top and the neck and headstock.Great sounding electronics pkg.(wish it had a tuner). Junky tuners, but some of those Gotoh minis with tortoise buttons would look nice...I'm so carried away.

I may be partial, but the 6756LX Legend LX 12, has got to be one of the best playing and sounding 12's on the market. I wouldn't travel with anything less.

The smaller guitars are much easier to get onto airplanes, and to carry on mopeds in bali.
