This is from '69, I assume. The truss rod cover and tuners appear to have been changed at some point. GC Artist | ||

I much prefer the 5-point to the winged versions, personally. The wings just look fragile, although I'm sure they're not. | ||

But I always believed that the winged bridge and artist boel happended simultaneously. Guess not, based on this example. Also have not seen too many E-nnn serial numbers. Must have been a very limited time in 69-70. Damn, thought my GC custom was the only 5 pointer on an Artist bowl. I wonder of it's the only SHINY artist bowl... | ||
