Location: Scotland		Just heard that Peter Case has been rushed into hospital for emergency heart bypass surgery. His manager says his medicare costs are going to exceed his insurance. Bruce Springsteen and Jackson Browne have already committed to benefit gigs. We were due to open for him in a couple of weeks during his upcoming UK tour.
