But if I ran across an Eastwood for cheap, I would definitely buy one.
But since I haven't played one, I cannot say if they are worth $949... :confused: (or $749 on sale?)
But they do look cool. I wouldn't mind having a wood-grained one.

Location: Tennessee		For what it's worth, I hope they sell a bunch of them. Ovation wasn't making them anyway, and imitation is the greatest form of flattery. The designers ought to be proud that people still want to buy their nearly 40 year old avant garde creation and that they a really comfortable to play. The Eames chair of guitars.

The sounds correct through a fender tube amp,
I have a Champion 600. I can wait to plug it in the Fender Twin.
Its made in Korea with Ephiphone like quality.

Basically I try to buy American whenever possible,
but the cheapest new American Hollow 12 String
was $3500 so I bought the import.

The same thing happened when I wanted an American solid body 12. Gibson wanted 5 grand for Les Paul Classic 12. I found a used Epiphone Les Paul Classic 12 for $400 used.

Seriously, though, anyone who actually owns an Eastwood, please post reviews. I know they are cheap imports, but they look so cool. There are a few I wouldn't mind trying just because they are so funky. And IMHO you have to love that somebody makes a COPY of a Univox Hi-Flyer.

Location: Scotland		There was a sample on display at the NAMM show. Seemed well put-together. Legalities aside, while originals seem to be readily available and can be had for less than the projected street price of this, I can't see the point.
