Joined: March 2005 Posts: 12750 Location: Boise, Idaho | I got those the other night. There's a fake alert virus that gets you into a supposed antivirus site. Then it tries to get you to buy protection from it for $49.95. We had to run an adaware program to get rid of it. | ||

Google was having a system wide issue Saturday..... the list of accounts that are flagged asbad news included the slash in the address thus making ALL searchs flagged as sites they suggest you dont go to. http://blogs.zdnet.com/projectfailures/?p=1434 | ||
