I was thinking about doing that, but just couldn't. Besides, I got the impression that the newbie liked epaulets.

Then talk to Al about the Lost Art Vintage Koa Collector. He had at least one 14 fret model left the last I heard.
My 12 fretter has been sorely neglected lately and I even had some thoughts that I might have gone overboard when I bought it. Then I played it Sunday and those thoughts disappeared. Koa has a beautiful look, obviously, and a unique sound. Al's price is very reasonable for a new, very limited edition guitar of that quality.

I guess it's time to reveal the collection:
- Adamas 2080 (2 of 'em)
- Adamas 1681-5
- 1868 (really sweet travelin' guitar)
- Ultra 2071
- 2001 Collector's Edition (arriving soon)
- 1973 Custom Legend (arriving soon)
- Gretsch 6117 (hollow-body electric -- very sweet)

See? Mildly electic mix of epaulets and non-epaulets, with a bit of a leaning toward Acoustic/Electric.

Yeah, you've got a nice stable full there.

Which model is that Gretsch? My buddy has a White Falcon that is just awesome.
