One or two years ago, I've posted a message about the wonderful Adamas Slothead "Lilas" custom built for Marcel Dadi.
Today, my friend Joël who's bought that guitar in 1984 from Marcel himself sent me some unpublished pics taken in those years.
Fortunately, there's a picture of the label were we can read that this guitar was built in January 1978 and that the serial is #093-91.

Location: Paris/France		Yes, she's in Alsace in East of France in a private collection.
She still belong to the guy who Joël sold it.
I'm not sure that we will be able to see it again before a long time... :(

I'm still looking for news from another Adamas custom built for Marcel.
If I'm right, Bill gave him an Adamas 12 string in green color but she has disappear!!
I've never seen a picture of that guitar and I know that she was made only because Marcel was talking about her in an old magazine interview...

Location: Germany		Maybe Joel didn't like the color? One interesting point is that the label says January 1978 and serial# 93. According to the official serial# list they started with #100 in 1978. Well, who cares?

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest		So Jerome, does that mean this dates it somewhere between the original group of slotheads and the first Adamas' ?

I'm not as familiar with the Acoustic history.

The s/n started again with 70 something
This is after the slotheads, the beginning of the production run that is still going on today.

Marcel was talking about a green Adamas 12 on page #19 of THAT DOCUMENT FROM 1981.

Sorry, it's in French.
I hope to be able to find that guitar in the future.
Even Marcel's family don't know were she could be now... :(
