It is with great sadness that I share the news of Lance’s death from an abdominal aortic aneurysm on Sunday, February 1, 2009.
I send my personal thanks to all of you who have been a part of our lives. So many wonderful people shared his love and understanding of this beautiful instrument and its possibilities.
The outpouring of love and support for our family has been appreciated more than I could ever put into words. We feel your thoughts and prayers and know that they are what will get us through this challenge.
Lance put so much of himself into each guitar that his spirit will continue to be felt in the world each time you play…
