On "Lost".
For some reason yet to be explained, Hurly is carrying around an Ovation case.

Who knows what kind of differece it makes the real world but more people have been exposed to an Ovation guitar on Lost then on The Partridge Family.

Naw... The Partridge Family was on Prime-Time when there were only three networks...

There are millions of people in America, like me, who have Never seen Lost, and never will.

OMA.. you remind me of a guy I work with. Same age as me but thinks any music made after Sinatra and the Rat Pack is garbage.

I won't argue the merits of the modern day, as they say... boob tube. But I will say that there is an ample supply of educational and thought provoking programs to seek out as well as some shows that are just entertaining to watch. There is also a boat load of crap.

For a time "Lost" was reaching 14 million viewers a week. Now it's down to a mere 10 million per week but those numbers don't figure in DVR usage and world wide viewership. I don't think David's Breadwinner, even with only 3 networks was seen by that many.

Also... I just came across www.hulu.com
Old & new streaming video. It has an interesting music section.

I haven't watched much or any of those shows, except the Biggest Loser. It inspires me to exercise. Before it came on, the pics of Freddie and the Fishsticks were my inspirations. I'm trying to avoid needing a bra.

So... in the current season of Lost Hurly is packing an Ovation OHSC.

He used it as a Floatation device when he landed in the river/pond.

On a down side he ended up buying 78 seats so that he could bring it on board.

I'm holding out that in that case is Cat Stephen's Brown Adamas Slothead!

I was lost but now I've been found, blind and now I see.

I used to go by the name of Wizard as in Pinball.
And they think I'm crazy, it just so happens I know.
