I did a case inventory recently and need to buy....sigh....about half a dozen tuners. (I'm middle-aged enough now to pretty much guarantee I'll grab the case without a tuner in it as I rush out the door. )

I have encountered some clip-ons that won't reach over the shovel of an Ovation headstock. So I was curious to hear if these worked OK. Thoughts?

It's almost identical to the Intelli TT-500 (I have both, the FZone thanks to Beggin who left it at my house after the last jam). The jaw gap is about the same as the Intelli. I just clip 'em right above the 'D' tuner.
