Has Ovation ever made a maple fingerboard acoustic?

I know they did a maple neck one cos Leggo had one.

Hmmmm... that might look cool. And I'm a big fan of that jet black, rock hard ebony.
I remember Strat maple fretboards showing wear pretty readily.

Light maple fret board with dark wood Adamas inlays... interesting.

There might be a number of practical, real world reasons it can't be done.

Don't get me wrong; ebony is my #1 choice for fretboards but a maple comes a strong second.
