Some of the Old Craftsman guitars were made by Gibson, but this isn't one of them. Probably made by Regal. Good guitar if you like that kind of thing but $650 might be a little ambitious.

Nice axe, but they are mighty proud of it. Never was a high end instrument. For the money you could find and old Gretsch Clipper, or one similar. Buck
