I just looked closer and saw the Gold tuning pegs, What through me off was The sound hole, the picture I saw on the Ovation site was different. So its not a bad deal if it goes for under $500.

I have a Pacemaker,(1115).

This guitar has gold tuners, mine does not.

The fretboard inlays on this a fancier than mine.

Have the seller email you a picture of the label inside the guitar. The model # should be on that.

Hope I've helped.

The picture on the Ovation site archives is an old Custom Legend 12 string. Over and over again, we've found that whoever put that area together didn't know what they were doing.

The guitar in the ad IS a GC 12 string.....

That would be a great deal,murph....but he has a buy-it-now of $850 and a reserve (not met) so I don't think it'll go under $500!

Guitar looks in great shape with no issues so I'd say his reserve is probably $800(?)

So am I correct in saying a Glen Campbell 12 is really a dressed up Pacemaker 1615?

I have seen photos over the years where the GC truss cover was used on a CL 12-string, most notably in a coffee table guitar picture book I had. But I think the GC 12 string is more along the lines of a legend with the white binding but with pearloid buttons. My 1118 is just like the one in the ebay page, except it came unwired. Medium bowl but absolutely sings. Gets better and better.

Hmm. Yeah, you're right. Seems not as deep as the 7's that I have. Wonder why. Anyway, it has great sound.
